​Underfloor heating

Underfloor heating is an increasingly popular heating solution for homes and businesses. We have installed a great number of these systems and we are happy to share our experience with you when you plan your next development.

There are a variety of systems to consider, some are more effective with different heat sources or different building types. We strongly recommend you contact us early in your project to discuss your needs.

Wet (Water) Underfloor Heating

These systems are best considered when laying a new solid floor due to the depth required for installation. They can be fitted into existing properties but it is a particularly intensive exercise.

Overlay Underfloor heating

At only 18mm in depth, Overlay™ allows underfloor heating to be installed in projects where traditional underfloor systems would either require expensive excavation or where the existing floor would need to be raised to an unacceptable level. OverlayTM is ideal for heavyweight floor coverings like ceramics, or where the floor covering needs to be secured directly to the panel, such as solid wood.

Pipe works

Unlike many plumbers we continue to favour copper pipework over the now popular plastic pipework. We do this as our experience demonstrates the suitability and longevity of copper for the transfer of water and gas.

We are also highly experienced with steel and stainless steel pipework for use in agricultural and commercial environments.
